2015 Event - 

The Vista Adventure team takes on Mount Shasta!


For the 2015 Vista Adventures event our team climbed Mount Shasta! This year, we are promoting becoming an organ donor. For California residents, consider your options at http://donatelifecalifornia.org/

In August, we set our sights at the peak of Mount Shasta - standing 14,180 above sea level. The drought left us trails of loose gravel, so the going was slow. 


This year we are asking people to consider being an organ donor. There are many ways to get involved, from becoming a blood or plasma donor, to checking the "DONOR" box on your license application. You can make  a HUGE difference in other people's lives!


2014 Event - 

Stand-up Paddleboarding Marathon - Carlsbad, CA


On May 18th a team of 12 people Paddleboarded for 8 hours off the coast of Carlsbad. This year we battled for StandUp2Cancer - an organization dedicated to deep research to stop cancer. Just click on the Stand Up To Cancer Logo to the left to support this great cause!


2013 Event -

Rafting for Research!

On May 18th, 2013, we traveled to Coloma, CA to ride the Class IV rapids of the South Fork of the American River. Two teams of six people raced and raised over $2000 for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. THANK YOU for all of your support!!

2012 - The Hike for the Sunset Ranch

Elementary School Science Lab. 

 
The hike took place November 4&5, 2012. this year we took the steep Mountaineering route with the aid of a guide.

2011 - Hike for Parkinson's

The Hike to the Top of Mount Whitney in 2011 was a success! We raised over $4000 for the Michael J Fox Foundation. Thank you for your support.
At 14,495 feet above Sea Level, Mount Whitney is the highest Peak in the Continental United States. The main trail winds for 22 miles, through 99 switchbacks.
100% of all donations go directly to the causes. We are looking for Corporate Sponsors to supply team equipment in exchange for Logo Placement.
